Densely populated Honolulu suburb consisting of mostly planned communities. Most affordable area for Single Family Homes and Condominiums on Oahu outside of the Leeward Coast. Many military families settle here due to affordability and structure of the planned communities.

Home to Schofield Barracks. Located between Mililani and N. Shore Oahu. Off base residents typically reside in Mililani, Ewa Beach, and Kunia, with affordable housing options in both Condominiums and Single Family Homes.
Capital of Hawaii and home to iconic Pearl Harbor. Bursting with history, culture, amenities as well as serving as gateway to Hawaii's other islands. Large concentraion of condominiums in the Downtown, Waikiki, and Kakaako areas. Single Family Home options are limited and most often premium priced compared to other regions on the island.
