Many people also don't know that FHA and VA allows the lowest credit scores of any loan available today, only needing a 620 score in most cases.

The other “zero down” program available in some areas is the USDA Rural Housing program. This loan is available for the purchase of condominiums or homes in areas that are considered rural.
